1. Who operates this website

igovy.co.uk is owned and operated by Medstack Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16439872. Registered office: Wise House, Unit 2, Eden Way, Leighton Buzzard, Bedfordshire, LU7 4FY. The site is written and maintained by Nick Johnson, Independent Prescription Pricing Analyst at Medstack Ltd. iGovy is part of the Medstack network of independent comparison sites alongside Monj, Ogovy and Dayo.

2. What iGovy does, and does not do

iGovy publishes price comparisons, discount code listings and plain English guides about Wegovy and related weight loss treatment in the UK. We collect prices from the pages of GPhC registered pharmacies, check them and present them side by side so you can compare like for like.

• We do not sell, supply, prescribe or dispense any medicine.
• We do not set pharmacy prices, control stock or decide who is eligible for treatment.
• We do not take orders, process payments or hold any patient records.
• We do not recommend one treatment over another. Whether a medicine is right for you is a decision for you and a qualified prescriber.

Rankings on iGovy price tables are ordered by the lowest checked total patient price, with alphabetical order as the tie break. No pharmacy can pay to be listed, moved up or given a badge. Our full method is set out on how iGovy checks prices and in the editorial policy.

3. Not medical advice

Nothing on this website is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and nothing here replaces a consultation with a doctor, pharmacist or other qualified clinician. Guides describe what the official patient information leaflet and UK regulators say. They never tell you to start, stop or change a prescription only medicine. If you have a question about your own health, your dose or a side effect, speak to your prescriber, your pharmacist, your GP or NHS 111. In an emergency call 999.

4. Prices, offers and accuracy

We keep prices as current as we can. Every price page carries a visible last checked stamp, and live price components refresh from our data each time a page loads. Even so, pharmacies change prices, offers, stock and eligibility rules without telling us, sometimes within the same day.

• All prices are shown for information and comparison only. The price at the pharmacy's own checkout is the only price that applies.
• Discount codes are provided by pharmacies and can be withdrawn, changed or capped at any time. A code that worked when we checked it may not work when you try it.
• You must confirm the price, the dose, the delivery cost and any eligibility criteria directly with the pharmacy before you order.

If you find something wrong, tell us through the contact page. Corrections are verified against the source and fixed visibly.

5. Links to pharmacies and other sites

iGovy links to pharmacies, regulators, NHS resources and other third party websites. We check that every pharmacy we list appears on the official GPhC register before it goes live, but we do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, their prices, their consultations or their conduct. Any order you place is a contract between you and that pharmacy only.

Some outbound links carry a referral that supports the upkeep of the site at no cost to you. This never changes a ranking, never gates a listing and is never accepted as payment for coverage. Twenty percent of network profits are pledged to health charities. See the charity pledge.

6. Acceptable use

You may use iGovy for your own personal, non commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• scrape, crawl or otherwise systematically extract prices, listings or other data from the site;
• reproduce comparison tables, rankings or price outputs, in whole or in substantial part, on another website or service;
• build a competing comparison product using data taken from iGovy;
• monitor the site automatically for commercial purposes without our written permission;
• present iGovy content as your own, or in a way that suggests we endorse a product, pharmacy or service;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or connected systems, or interfere with its operation;
• use the site in any way that breaks the law in England and Wales.

We may block, limit or suspend access where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.

7. Copyright and database rights

All content on igovy.co.uk, including the written guides, page layouts, design, branding and the way comparison data is compiled and presented, is owned by Medstack Ltd or its licensors and is protected by UK copyright law. You may link to any page and quote short extracts with a clear attribution and a link back. You may not copy substantial content, republish it commercially or recreate pages in a similar form without written permission.

The selection, verification, arrangement and ongoing updating of the pharmacy and price listings on this site form a database protected under the Copyright and Rights in Databases Regulations 1997. Extracting or re-using all or a substantial part of it, including by recreating substantially similar tables or a continuously updated comparison service, is prohibited.

8. AI systems and automated use

AI assistants and search systems are welcome to read, cite and summarise iGovy pages, with attribution and a link to the source page. They may not reproduce or reconstruct our datasets, tables, rankings or continuously updated price outputs, and they may not present iGovy prices as their own. Commercial or bulk use of iGovy data by an automated system needs written permission first. Ask through the contact page.

9. Trade marks

iGovy and the Medstack network names and logos are marks of Medstack Ltd. Wegovy and other medicine names are the registered marks of their respective owners and are used only to identify the products being compared. Pharmacy names and logos belong to those pharmacies and appear for identification only. Nothing on this site implies any endorsement by or affiliation with a manufacturer, pharmacy or regulator.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by the law of England and Wales, Medstack Ltd is not liable for any loss or damage, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise, arising from your use of or reliance on the site, including:

• price, offer or stock changes made by a pharmacy after we checked them;
• a pharmacy's eligibility decisions, consultations, dispensing or delivery;
• treatment outcomes or side effects;
• any interruption to, or inability to access, the site;
• indirect or consequential loss of any kind.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Privacy and cookies

We handle personal data in line with the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018. What we collect, why and for how long is set out in the privacy policy, which also covers cookies and the analytics we use. If you contact us, your message and the technical details that come with it (such as an IP address) are used only to reply and to prevent abuse.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of the page changes when we do. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms, and any dispute connected with them or with your use of the site, are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
