About e-Surgery
e-Surgery provides online consultations and pharmacy services to patients in the UK. Its website includes prescription weight-management treatment where it is considered clinically suitable, with medication supplied following review by an appropriate prescriber.
iGovy does not sell medicines or make prescribing decisions. We track provider information, discount routes and public registration details independently, so you can compare more easily.
Which e-Surgery code should I use?
- ES30IG: £30 off eligible orders for Steps 1 and 2.
- ES40IG: £40 off eligible orders for Steps 3 to 6.
- Both cards open the same e-Surgery order page after copying the selected code.
- Only enter the code that matches the Step shown for your order.
- Check that the correct reduction appears in the final total before paying.
If you do not know your Step, use the Steps 1 to 6 guide before choosing a code.
How to use an e-Surgery discount code
Price and clinical checks
A working code does not guarantee that treatment will be supplied. Every request remains subject to e-Surgery's consultation, eligibility checks and clinical approval.
- Use the final checkout total as the price that matters.
- Review delivery charges and any service terms before payment.
- Do not move to a higher dose simply because a larger discount applies.
- Contact e-Surgery directly about consultation, account, order or delivery questions.
How iGovy checks the e-Surgery offer
iGovy is an independent comparison and information service operated by MedStack Ltd. We check that the provider link opens correctly, the codes and Step limits are clear, and public pharmacy information is easy to reach.
Our Monj Verified for iGovy checks look beyond a badge or registration number. They consider whether the website, pharmacy, business identity and wider service appear to fit together. This is a transparency check, not clinical approval or a recommendation for every patient.
e-Surgery discount code FAQs
What is the e-Surgery code for Steps 1 and 2?

What is the e-Surgery code for Steps 3 to 6?
Use ES40IG for £40 off eligible e-Surgery orders for Steps 3 to 6. Tap the code to copy it and open e-Surgery.
Do I have to move up through the Steps?
No. The Step numbers group dose levels so you can see which code applies. They are not instructions to increase your dose, and a larger discount is not a reason to move up. Follow the advice of the clinician responsible for your treatment.
Do both codes use the same e-Surgery link?
Yes. Both offer cards open the same e-Surgery order page. The difference is the code copied and the Steps it applies to.
Does the discount guarantee that e-Surgery will approve my order?
No. The code only affects the price when eligible. Treatment still depends on the consultation, medical suitability and approval by an appropriate prescriber.
