Blueco Healthcare Limited is an independent UK company. Brothers Issa and Mehfuz founded Blueco and run the business, as the Onescript website states. Blueco is not part of a larger pharmacy group. Onescript is the only pharmacy premises Blueco owns or operates.

How Onescript works with other businesses
Onescript dispenses medicines on behalf of clinics, healthcare brands, insurers, NHS services and pharmaceutical programmes. Blueco and Onescript run no patient-facing service of their own. Neither sells to the public.
The providers Onescript works with are independent businesses. Blueco does not own them. They are Onescript customers.
Other pharmacies once handled some Blueco dispensing, so older provider pages sometimes show other pharmacy names. Onescript now does all Blueco dispensing. Ask your provider which pharmacy dispenses your medicine.
Onescript says a public checking tool is in development. Patients will be able to see whether a provider works with Onescript and meets the Onescript Partner Standard.
What LillyDirect is
LillyDirect is a UK service from Eli Lilly. The service handles dispensing and home delivery after a prescription is written. Lilly offers LillyDirect to private UK regulated healthcare companies.
- Your provider prescribesA provider in the LillyDirect scheme runs your consultation. The provider's clinicians keep full responsibility for the prescribing decision.

Lilly does not prescribe. Lilly says the company plays no role in clinical decision-making.
What the trade press reported
- On 29 June 2026, The Pharmacist reported the UK launch. At launch the service covers private prescriptions of Mounjaro (tirzepatide). The report named two dispensing partners: Onescript by Blueco Healthcare and Pharmacy2U.
- On 2 August 2026, Pharmacy Business reported Lilly opening eligibility to more UK GPhC regulated pharmacies with private weight management services. Onescript and Pharmacy2U remained the two contracted dispensing partners.

Nick Johnson at Medstack confirmed these four providers use Onescript. Two use Onescript for dispensing only. Two use Blueco Healthcare for prescribing and dispensing.
