About CheqUp

CheqUp is a UK online weight management service run by CheqUp Health Limited, company number 12570252, from Chippenham in Wiltshire. CheqUp prescribes, dispenses from its own GPhC registered pharmacy and coaches under one company.

The service treats adults aged 18 to 85 through an online assessment, an identity check and a prescriber review. Approved medicines travel in plain, cold-chain packaging. CheqUp lists weekly injections alongside once-daily tablets, and your prescriber recommends one after the assessment.
