Who you are contacting
Questions people ask before writing
What should I contact iGovy about?
Price corrections, a pharmacy we have missed, a discount code that no longer works, a website that looks unsafe, a listing or verification enquiry from a pharmacy, or a legal, data or press request. The form is for matters about the site itself.
Can iGovy help with my order or prescription?
No. iGovy does not sell, prescribe or dispense medicines and has no access to any pharmacy's systems. For an order, delivery, refund or prescription question you must contact the pharmacy you ordered from.
Does iGovy give medical advice?
No. For questions about your dose, side effects or whether a treatment is right for you, speak to your prescriber, your pharmacist, your GP or NHS 111. In an emergency call 999. Our side effects guide sets out what the official leaflet says.
How do I report a wrong price or a missing pharmacy?
Use the form and say what it is about in the first line. Include the pharmacy name, the dose, the price you saw and a link to the page it appeared on. Every report is checked against the pharmacy's own website before a change is made.
How do I report a suspicious or fake pharmacy website?
Send the web address through the form. If the site is selling prescription only medicine without a consultation, also report it to the MHRA, which regulates medicines in the UK. Our guide on spotting a fake pharmacy explains what to look for.
I run a pharmacy. How do I get listed or correct our listing?
Contact us from an email address on your pharmacy's own domain so we can verify who you are. Listing is free, depends only on GPhC registration and our checks, and no pharmacy can pay for placement or ranking. See GPhC verification.
How quickly will I get a reply?
Price corrections and safety reports are looked at first, usually within one to two working days. General enquiries can take a little longer. We only use your email address to reply and never for marketing.
