Your GLP-1 companion, in one pocket
Doses, injection sites, food, training and real progress, tracked together and built for people on Wegovy, Mounjaro and Foundayo. Every tool free, no adverts, no premium tier.
Available now: download it at augo.co.uk.
Built for the questions a GLP-1 actually raises
Most trackers were designed for willpower dieting. These three areas are where that difference bites hardest.
Doses and injection sites, without the notes app
Every dose, time and titration step in one record, with a rotation map that remembers which site you used and suggests the next one.
- Rotation map with the next site suggested
- Eleven or more medicines, exact doses and times
- Side effects logged against the dose that caused them
Food that suits a changed appetite
Tell Augo what you are taking and the therapeutic diets apply themselves. Cook from what is already in the fridge rather than shopping for a plan you will abandon.
- Calories, macros, water and meals in one view
- Thirty seven diets and therapeutic plans
- Protein targets that protect muscle while you lose
Keep the muscle, not just the weight loss
Losing quickly on a GLP-1 makes muscle retention a real concern. Strength through to salsa, with a programme that adapts as your energy shifts week to week.
- Live GPS for runs, rides and walks
- Set logger for strength work
- Thirty six training and dance styles
Everything else, also free
Seven areas in total. Six of them cost nothing. One is a person, and you pay the person.
Weight and real progress
Photos locked to that day's weight, with plateau detection that tells you whether the scale moved or you are holding water.
FreeWearables and health sync
Apple Health, Google Fit, watches and smart scales fill the gaps automatically rather than asking you to type them in.
FreeClinician export
One tap hands your prescriber the whole picture, instead of a phone held across a desk at a ten minute appointment.
FreeAI coach
Suggestions from a coach that already knows your medicine, your conditions and your goals. No guilt loops, no nagging.
FreeThe Truv community
Built in, and on the web. People who understand a Thursday injection and a Friday appetite, without the adverts.
FreeBooking a professional
The one optional part. Book a doctor, pharmacist, dietitian or trainer and pay them directly for their time.
You pay the professionalWhy a general fitness app gets this wrong
The questions change on a GLP-1, and generic trackers answer the wrong ones.
| What you need to know | A general fitness app | Augo |
|---|---|---|
| Which site did I inject last | No concept of it | Rotation map, next site suggested |
| Side effects through titration | Not tracked | Dose, step and symptoms together |
| Keeping muscle while losing fast | Generic calorie targets | Built around the medicine you take |
| Eating with a sensitive gut | Basic macros | Therapeutic diets applied for you |
| Real loss or water | One weight line | Photos locked to weight, plateau detection |
| Showing your prescriber | Screenshots | One-tap clinician export |
Free, and here is who pays for it
A free health app is usually free because you are the product. This one already has an income, and it is not you.
Every tool, from the first screen, permanently. Nothing timed out, nothing held back.
- Training, nutrition and therapeutic diets
- Doses, titration and injection site tracking
- Weight, photos and plateau detection
- Wearables, health sync and clinician export
- AI coach, calculators and the Truv community
Book a real professional through the app and pay them directly for their time.
- Doctor
- Pharmacist
- Dietitian or registered nutritionist
- Personal trainer
No manufacturer money, and no selling you anything. Medstack Ltd funds Augo from the comparison sites, iGovy among them, and from other work including projects outside healthcare. No drug company pays for it and no pharmacy can buy placement inside it, the same rule that governs the iGovy price tables. Funding it does not buy iGovy space either: no price alerts, no discount codes, no prompts to go and buy your medicine somewhere.
Your data is not for sale. Not to advertisers, brokers, insurers or manufacturers, and not anonymised either, since that is the word apps hide behind when they do sell it. Nothing you log follows you out of the app. Aggregated, de-identified insight into which side effects cluster at which doses would be valuable, and that remains an ambition subject to proper governance and your explicit consent, not something happening now.
What it does not do
It does not advise
Augo records and presents. It does not diagnose or tell you what dose to take, and it is not a substitute for your prescriber. That applies to the AI coach as well.
It does not supply
Not a pharmacy, not a prescriber. Medicines come from registered pharmacies, never from the app.
It does not replace your clinician
The export exists so a professional can see everything properly, not so you can avoid seeing one.
Common questions
Is Augo actually free, or free until it matters?
Free throughout. There is no premium tier, no trial that expires and no advertising. The single paid element is optional: if you choose to book a doctor, pharmacist, dietitian or trainer through the app, you pay that person for their time. Nothing in the software is locked behind it.
Can Augo track Wegovy injection sites?
Yes. It logs which site you used and suggests the next one on a rotation map, alongside your dose, titration step, injection day and any side effects, so the pattern is visible rather than remembered.
Will my health data be sold?
No, and not in anonymised form either, which is the wording most apps hide behind. Your logs are not used to build advertising profiles or to change what the comparison sites show you. Medstack Ltd is the data controller and full detail is in the app privacy policy.
Does Augo push me towards buying medicine?
No. There are no price alerts, discount codes or pharmacy offers inside the app, and nothing reacts to your dose or spending to prompt a purchase. There are plain static links to the sister comparison sites, which you use only if you want to.
Where can I get it?
Augo is available now on the Apple App Store and Google Play, with the full experience on the web as well. Download it at augo.co.uk.
Does Augo give medical advice?
No. It records what you do and shows it clearly, including to your clinician through a one-tap export. It does not diagnose, does not tell you what dose to take and does not replace your prescriber. That applies to the AI coach too.
