Hers Wegovy prices: every pen on every plan
Hers sells each Wegovy pen at one retail price and three plan prices. A 0.25mg pen is £124.00 at retail and £84.00 as the first order of a monthly plan. Commit to six months and the first pen is £54.00.
All prices are per pen with VAT and delivery included. The plan terms and the fee for stopping early sit right above the table.
Before you choose: Hers plan terms and fees
The longer the plan, the lower the price per pen and the higher the cost of stopping. Here is what Hers charges and when.
- Fee for leaving a 3-month or 6-month plan earlyHers charges an early cancellation adjustment if you end a 3-month or 6-month plan before the last order, or move to monthly. It is the monthly plan discount (£20 or £30) times the discounted orders you have already had, plus £50. Leave a 3-month plan after two orders and you pay (£20 × 2) + £50 = £90. Leave a 6-month plan after two orders and you pay (£30 × 2) + £50 = £110. Hers shows the amount before you confirm.
- Monthly plan: no minimum term£40 off the first order with code MONJ_HERS_0001, then the retail price each month. Stop before the next order cut-off and there is nothing more to pay.
- 3-month and 6-month plansHers calls these Commit and Save. You still pay monthly, one order at a time. The lower price only holds if you finish the full term.
- Cancellation cut-offCancel by 11:59pm three days before your next order date, in your Hers account or by email to [email protected]. A first order can be cancelled within 24 hours of the confirmation email.
- Plans renew on their ownAt the end of the term a 3-month or 6-month plan renews for the same length. Tell Hers by 11:59pm three days before the renewal date if you want it to stop.
- What is in the pricePrices include VAT and delivery. The early cancellation adjustment is the only extra charge in the Hers terms. If the clinician decides treatment is not suitable, Hers gives a full refund.
- Price changesHers can change its prices with notice, from the next order. Your price also changes when your dose changes. A plan is chosen at sign-up and cannot be transferred.

How do Hers plan prices work as your Wegovy dose goes up?
Each plan takes a fixed amount off the retail price of the pen you order that month. As you step up from 0.25mg towards 2.4mg, the retail price rises and so does the plan price. The saving stays the same: £20 a pen on the 3-month plan and £30 a pen on the 6-month plan.
Because the dose usually changes every four weeks, a 6-month plan spans several strengths. The table shows each strength on its own row, so read across to the dose you expect to be on.
What are the four Hers Wegovy prices?
Retail is the price with no plan. The monthly plan takes £40 off the first order, then you pay retail. The 3-month plan takes £60 off the first order and £20 off each later order. The 6-month plan takes £70 off the first order and £30 off each later order. Every price includes delivery.
Is there a fee to cancel a Hers plan?
The monthly plan has no cancellation fee. Cancel by 11:59pm three days before the next order date. Ending a 3-month or 6-month plan early costs the monthly plan discount times the discounted orders you have had, plus £50. Hers shows the amount before you confirm.
How much does it cost to leave a Hers 6-month plan after two orders?
(£30 × 2) + £50 = £110, under the early cancellation adjustment in the Hers terms. For a 3-month plan after two orders it is (£20 × 2) + £50 = £90.
Do Hers plans renew automatically?
Yes. Monthly orders carry on until you cancel. A 3-month or 6-month plan renews for the same length at the end of the term unless you tell Hers by 11:59pm three days before the renewal date.
Does Hers charge for delivery?
No. Hers prices include VAT and delivery, and delivery is next day in most areas.

Which Hers plan is best for a new Wegovy patient?
Most people start on 0.25mg and move up a dose every four weeks. The monthly plan keeps you free to change pharmacy as your dose rises. The 3-month and 6-month plans cost less per pen but charge a fee if you stop early.
